Product-count rule: one main catalogue listing counts as one product. Normal size/colour variants under that listing do not count as separate products. More than 200 active products is quoted separately.

Designed for qualifying Starter Stores that want a simpler launch while Linc Solutions provides the managed payment and merchant-settlement administration.

  • Standard option for qualifying stores with up to 25 active products
  • Estimated merchant settlement window: 7–14 business days
  • Refund, dispute, fraud and reserve checks before settlement
  • Business and bank verification required before activation
  • Payment-provider processing fees are additional
  • Activation remains subject to Linc Solutions and payment-provider approval

Higher service commission reflects the additional settlement administration, refund exposure, fraud/chargeback risk and operational responsibility carried by Linc Solutions.

VERIFIED MERCHANT · LOWER RATE

Verified Merchant Payments

2.5%Linc platform commission per successful transaction

For merchants who complete Paystack onboarding and provide an approved merchant/subaccount arrangement for their store.

  • Available to Starter, Growing and Business Stores
  • Merchant completes Paystack KYC/business verification
  • Merchant settlement follows the approved Paystack arrangement
  • Linc platform commission can be applied through an approved split/subaccount configuration
  • Payment-provider processing fees are additional
  • Lower Linc commission because settlement and merchant-account risk is reduced

What you need to submit

Before store payment activation, the merchant must provide information sufficient for Linc Solutions and/or Paystack to verify the business and settlement account.

Businesslegal/trading name, entity type, registration number and CIPC certificate where applicable
Representativeauthorised person's full name, ID/passport, email and mobile number
Bankingbank, account holder, account number/type and recent bank confirmation/proof of account
Storedomain, products/services sold, pricing/fulfilment information and required customer policies

Additional KYC, beneficial-owner, financial, fulfilment or risk information may be requested where reasonably required. No payment model is active until the required verification and written approval are complete.
