Privacy Notice
1. Responsible party
LINC SOLUTIONS (PTY) LTD (registration 2026/578888/07) is the responsible party for personal information it determines the purpose and means of processing. Contact: lincsolutions.za@gmail.com.
2. Information we may collect
- Name, business name, email address and phone/WhatsApp number.
- Enquiry, project, quotation, order and support information.
- Website/store content and authorised account/configuration information required to deliver services.
- Transaction references, payment status and limited payment metadata needed to reconcile payments.
- Technical logs reasonably required for security, abuse prevention, troubleshooting and service operation.
3. Why we process information
We process information to respond to enquiries, quote and contract for services, deliver and support projects, operate hosted services, reconcile payments, prevent fraud/abuse, maintain business records and meet legal obligations.
4. Paystack and payment information
Where Paystack is used, payment and transaction information is also processed by Paystack and relevant banks/payment participants under their own terms and privacy notices. Linc Solutions does not intentionally collect full card numbers or CVV values through its ordinary website forms.
5. Service providers
Information may be processed using service providers required for website hosting, cloud services, email, domains, payment processing, security, backups and business administration. We disclose only information reasonably necessary for the relevant service or legal requirement.
6. Customer websites
For a customer website/store, the customer may be the responsible party for its own buyers, users and leads, while Linc Solutions may act as an operator/service provider for agreed hosting or technical functions. The customer's own privacy notice remains its responsibility unless privacy-document drafting is expressly included.
7. Retention
Information is kept only for as long as reasonably required for the purpose collected, ongoing services, security, dispute handling, contractual records or legal/accounting obligations. Backups may retain information for limited additional periods.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the service, including controlled access and server-side handling of secret credentials where applicable. No internet system can be guaranteed absolutely secure.
9. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, a data subject may request access to or correction/deletion of personal information, object to certain processing, or raise a privacy concern. Requests should be sent to lincsolutions.za@gmail.com and may require reasonable identity verification.
10. Marketing
We do not treat a project enquiry as blanket consent for unrelated direct marketing. Where marketing consent is required, it will be handled separately or as permitted by law.
11. Changes
This notice may be updated when our systems, providers or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current public version.
