Website & Store Product Terms

1. When the delivery clock starts

An estimated setup window starts only after: (a) required initial payment has cleared; (b) the package and scope are confirmed; and (c) Linc Solutions has received the content, images, product information, approvals, access credentials and third-party account details reasonably required to begin. Receipt of an incomplete brief does not start the delivery window.

2. Queue, capacity and scheduling flexibility

Published delivery periods are targets based on ordinary workload and standard package scope. Linc Solutions may schedule work according to production capacity and technical dependencies. Estimates may be revised where workload, complexity or dependencies materially differ from the assumptions of the package.

3. Customer-caused pauses

If information, approvals, corrections, access or decisions are outstanding, the project timeline pauses. When the missing dependency is supplied, work resumes according to available production capacity and the previous estimated date does not automatically remain reserved.

4. Revisions and scope changes

Normal minor revisions reasonably required to complete the approved package are accommodated within the agreed scope. Repeated redesigns, new concepts, new pages, significant structural changes, additional integrations or changes after approval may be treated as additional work. Approved variations may reset or extend the estimated delivery window.

5. Third-party and external delays

Domain registration, DNS propagation, SSL issuance, hosting platform changes, Paystack onboarding/KYC, bank verification, email configuration, API approval, third-party outages and external policy reviews are outside Linc Solutions' direct control. Time spent waiting for those dependencies is excluded from published setup estimates.

6. Startup Website package

The standard website package is limited to the pages/sections, design style and functionality described on the package page or quotation. Hosting, managed domain services and Website Care are separate recurring or annual services unless expressly included.

7. Online Store packages and product caps

Store packages are limited by active main catalogue listings. A normal size or colour variant under one main listing does not count as a separate product unless the catalogue structure requires separate listings. Exceeding the package cap may require an upgrade or custom quotation.

8. Customer product and seller responsibility

The customer remains the seller of products or services listed in its store unless a written agreement expressly states otherwise. The customer is responsible for lawful products, accurate pricing, stock information, product descriptions, taxes, fulfilment, delivery, returns, warranties, customer service and consumer complaints relating to its goods or services.

9. Domains

Domain availability cannot be guaranteed until registration succeeds. Managed-domain fees are subject to registrar pricing and renewal. Where a customer owns an existing domain, the customer must maintain ownership and provide the access or DNS changes required for connection. DNS propagation times are estimates only.

10. Hosting and managed services

Hosting and care services depend on third-party infrastructure. Scheduled maintenance, provider outages, abuse controls, security incidents or platform changes may affect availability. Linc Solutions may take reasonable protective action, including temporary restriction or maintenance mode, where necessary to protect the service or comply with law/provider rules.

11. Website Care

Website Care covers minor changes within the stated monthly allowance. Unused time does not accumulate. New pages, redesign, custom code, integrations, bulk catalogue changes or work exceeding the allowance may be quoted separately.

12. Customer Dashboard / custom portal

Dashboarding is a custom-quoted add-on. Features, user roles, reporting, editing permissions, domain management, store management and integrations are included only where stated in the dashboard quotation. Linc Solutions infrastructure credentials, private cloud keys and internal storage are not customer-facing deliverables.

13. Review, acceptance and launch

The customer must review supplied proofs and identify material errors within the review period requested by Linc Solutions. Publication or written approval is treated as acceptance of the approved version, without limiting any right that cannot legally be excluded. Post-launch requests outside the accepted scope may be treated as maintenance or new work.

14. No automatic refund because an estimate moves

A change to an indicative delivery estimate, by itself, does not create an automatic refund right where Linc Solutions continues to perform within a reasonable period and gives reasonable notice of material unavoidable delay. This clause does not override a fixed delivery date expressly agreed in writing or any cancellation/refund right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Custom Project Initiation & Connected Applications

For qualifying custom application, IoT/controller, PCB/hardware and end-to-end solution requests, Linc Solutions may offer a standard R1,500 project-initiation payment. This payment starts the requirements review and technical scoping process and is credited against the total price of an accepted project quotation. It is not a fixed price for the complete project and does not require Linc Solutions to undertake work outside the subsequently agreed scope.

Linc Solutions aims to provide a personal response within 1 business day after successful project-initiation payment and receipt of usable contact information. Detailed scoping or quotation is ordinarily targeted within 2–3 business days after sufficient technical information has been supplied. These are service targets rather than guaranteed completion deadlines.

Where an application, controller, webview, cloud service, API, database, device licence or monitoring service requires ongoing infrastructure, Linc Solutions may quote recurring monthly or annual charges. Recurring billing is not activated merely because a customer pays the project-initiation amount; the recurring service and billing frequency must be separately disclosed and accepted.

Custom PCB manufacture, components, certification, enclosure work, external testing, tooling, shipping and production quantities are separately quoted unless expressly included.
